An ordinary toothbrush has one problem when travelling: it either ends up loose in a wash bag, where the head gets dirty, or in a makeshift bag, where it cannot dry. The travel toothbrush solves both — the brush folds and slides into a solid case that closes with a lid. In a bag, a suitcase or a handbag, the head stays protected and nothing gets to it.

Both the handle and the case are made from wheat straw combined with PP plastic. Wheat straw is an agricultural by-product that would otherwise end up as waste — it replaces part of the petroleum-based plastic and gives the material a natural cream tone and a pleasantly matt surface. The brush does not look like the standard plastic travel kit from a hotel room.

The largest print area in the whole category

The key difference from the bamboo brushes: the case offers 15 × 70 mm on both the front and the back, in full-colour UV LED printing. Where a bamboo handle takes two colours across 50 × 10 mm, here you have room for complete artwork — a logo, a photograph, an illustration, a QR code or text.

UV LED printing technology allows every single piece to carry different text. In practice that means name badges for conference delegates, guest names on wedding favours, or individual room numbers for a hotel. It is a capability you will not get from pad printing or from engraving into bamboo — there, the whole run is printed identically.
